These terms apply when you use the Hotelier Tools website (hotelier.tools), the free browser scripts listed on it and the Hotelier Tools dashboard (dashboard.hotelier.tools). By using any of them, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who provides Hotelier Tools
Hotelier Tools is run by Juan Manuel Béc., an independent developer based in Spain. You can reach him at JuanmaDeveloper+hotelierTools@outlook.com. More on the About page.
Hotelier Tools is made for hotels and other accommodation businesses, and for the people who work in them. It is a professional tool, not a consumer service.
An independent, unofficial integration
Hotelier Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by SiteMinder or Little Hotelier. Little Hotelier and SiteMinder are trademarks of their owners and are named here only to describe what Hotelier Tools works with. The same applies to Booking.com, WhatsApp, Claude, ChatGPT and other services mentioned on the website.
The scripts work inside your own Little Hotelier session, and the dashboard connects with your property's own Little Hotelier login, using the same web endpoints as the Little Hotelier web app. This is not an official partner API. As a result:
- You are responsible for making sure your use of Hotelier Tools is allowed under your own agreement with SiteMinder or Little Hotelier, and with any other service you connect, such as Booking.com or WhatsApp.
- Little Hotelier or another connected service may change how it works at any time. A script or a dashboard feature may then stop working until it is updated, and some features may no longer be possible.
- Hotelier Tools can only do what your login can do. Every change it makes is visible in Little Hotelier as usual.
The free browser scripts
The Tampermonkey scripts are free. Their source code is public in the TampermonkeyLittleHotelier repository on GitHub, and any license published in that repository governs how you may use and change the code.
You install and run the scripts yourself, in your own browser. Read the code or switch a script off at any time in Tampermonkey. Install only the scripts you need, and check that they work as you expect in your property.
The dashboard
- Your account. Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken through API keys and AI assistants you connect. Revoke keys and connections you no longer use.
- Your data and your guests. You must have the right to connect the logins and process the data you bring into the dashboard. For guest and booking data, your hotel is the data controller and Hotelier Tools processes it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy and the dashboard's data processing agreement.
- Check what matters. Reports, invoices, price recommendations, automated checks and AI-written answers help you work faster, but you remain responsible for the decisions you take and for what you send to guests, tax authorities and others. Review important results before relying on them.
- AI and connected assistants. In the dashboard, changes proposed by the AI assistant need your approval. When you connect an outside assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through the API or MCP server, its write actions run straight away. You decide what you allow it to do.
- Fair use. Do not use Hotelier Tools for anything unlawful, to send spam, to access data you are not entitled to, or in a way that harms the service or other users. We may suspend access that puts the service, other users or connected accounts at risk.
- The public demo at demo.hotelier.tools uses an invented hotel. Never type real credentials or personal data there.
Beta and alpha features
Many features are marked as beta or alpha. Beta features work well and are still being polished. Alpha features are early versions that change often. Features in either state may change, be limited or be withdrawn without notice, and you use them knowing this.
Prices
The browser scripts are free and stay free.
The dashboard is free for every hotel, with every feature included, until 10 January 2027, when billing starts. Hotels that start using it in 2026 then pay 50 € per hotel per month throughout 2027, with every feature included. Prices for other cases and after 2027 will be published before they apply. Features that consume AI credits show your allowance and balance in the dashboard.
You will be told before you are charged anything, and you can stop using the dashboard at any time.
Availability and changes
Hotelier Tools is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service. Where a change significantly affects paying users, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings, lost revenue or lost profit.
- We are not liable for problems caused by Little Hotelier, SiteMinder, Booking.com, AI providers or other third-party services, or by changes they make.
- For the dashboard, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. For the free scripts and the free period, this means our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The Hotelier Tools name, website texts, guides and design belong to their author, except where stated otherwise. Source code published on GitHub is governed by what its repository says. You keep all rights to your own data.
Ending use
You can stop using Hotelier Tools at any time: uninstall the scripts, revoke connections and ask us to delete your dashboard account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will say so on the website or in the dashboard before it applies. Continuing to use Hotelier Tools after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Spain, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use other courts. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.
